Modulines builds housing as precast concrete modules on patented US technology at a 75,000 m² site in Jeddah’s Third Industrial City, with capacity for 1,000 villas a year: homes engineered in house on BIM, cast on high precision 3D forms, built in a factory and delivered to the Kingdom’s cities.

Warranties run to ten years on hidden defects with structure insurance, two years on electrical and mechanical works, and one year on finishing.

Modulines is building the Al-Sawari housing for the National Housing Company, and the Rayat Obhur townhouses for Soildere, both in Jeddah.
